Former two-time heavyweight titlist Shannon Briggs interrupted Wladimir Klitschko’s open media workout and tried to instigate a brawl with the boxing legend on Tuesday in South Florida. Michael Moorer separated the 42-year-old Briggs (55-6-1-1, 48 KOs) and the 38-year-old Klitschko (62-3, 53 KOs) before fists were thrown. Briggs last vacated the squared circle on June 28 after universally outscoring Brazilian Raphael Zumbano Love to capture the vacant NABA heavyweight strap.
